FusionzEraz Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Pet Leashes
  • Pet Toys

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
  • Items that are not in the original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Support@fusionzeraz.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Support@fusionzeraz.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once the item is received.
